4. Licence to use our products

On successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the purchased files, subject to the tier you bought:

• Single pack and Bundle: use by one individual, including in paid client work.
• Studio licence: use by up to five named individuals within one organisation.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or upload our files as standalone assets, whether free or paid, or include them in a competing template or asset library. You may include them as part of a finished video you produce.

5. Intellectual property
