Delivery Policy

Reelabs does not ship physical goods. Every product sold on reelabs.in is a digital file delivered electronically.

1. How delivery works

Once your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, a download link is sent automatically to the email address you entered at checkout.

2. Delivery time

• In almost all cases the link arrives within 15 minutes of successful payment.
• If a manual check is needed, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
• If nothing has arrived after 24 hours, write to support@reelabs.in with your order reference and we will resend it.

3. Delivery charges

There are no delivery or shipping charges. The price shown at checkout is the full amount payable.

4. Link validity

Download links remain active for 30 days and allow up to five downloads. If your link expires or is used up, email us and we will reissue it at no cost.

5. Wrong email address

If you mistyped your email at checkout, contact us with your order reference and payment details and we will redirect delivery to the correct address.

6. International orders

Because delivery is electronic, products are available worldwide with no difference in delivery time. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees; your bank may apply a conversion rate or foreign transaction fee.
